Welcome to the Official ICT Travel Club.

The online booking system is new to both you and us.  Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to book with the Official Travel Club, however if you encounter any problems or have any suggestions on how it can be improved, please let us know.

There are currently two ways to book with the Travel Club, online or by telephone.

To Book Online, go to the booking link in the menu above or Click Here.

• Click on the heading for the Bus you wish to book.
• On the next page, click on Info & Order to bring up the booking page.
• Select the Ticket Type and Quantity and then click on Add to Order.
• If you wish to add more tickets of other types then click on the Booking Link and repeat for the additional tickets required.
• After checking your order in the order overview window, click the Order these Tickets buttons to proceed to checkout.
• If this is your first order you will need to complete address and telpehone details and click on Continue With Order.
• You Will then be presented with the payment page where you can choose to Pay Online via PayPal (A PayPal account is not required and you can pay by credit/debit card).  If you choose Manual Payment then you can pay the bus convenor on the day.
• If you change your mind and no longer wish to proceed with the booking, please use the Cancel Order link to return the tickets to the system.

Please follow any and all instructions provided in the e.mails you receive.  Most important is the e.mail that asks you to confirm your order.

If you are not receiving system e.mails then please check your spam folder to ensure they are not going there before contacting us.

Please ignore the provided e-tickets.  These are not required for travel at this time and are issued automatically when paying online.

 

To Book by Telephone call the Travel Line number on 07951 309 504

You will be asked to provide the name, address and telephone number for the person booking the tickets.

There's no method for paying over the phone at present and payment will need to be made to the bus convenor on the day of travel.

Please leave a name and number if nobody answers and we will get back to you at the first opportunity.

 

Your request for Member or Non-Member tickets is taken on trust at the time of booking.  Anyone found to be booking tickets for which they are not entitled will be expected to pay the difference before being allowed to travel.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.  We reserve the right to request proof of age from anyone travelling and refuse travel to any unaccompanied persons who, in our opinion, are not 16 years of age or older.

 

Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Rules and Guidelines below before booking.

1. BOOKINGS
   • All bookings should be made at least 72 hours in advance.
   • We will endeavour to accomodate bookings made after this time but a seat cannot be guaranteed.
   • Prices will be notified in advance.
   • Payment will be expected for all booked seats, whether used or not.
   • Refunds will be at the soul discretion of the ICT Supporters Trust.
     
2. DEPARTURES
   • The bus will leave from the ICT Social Club and then pick-up at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium unless informed otherwise.
   • Times will depend on destination and kick-off and will be advised in advance.
   • Parking is available at the stadium, but vehicles are left at the owners risk.
   • Any other pick-up points will be considered by prior arrangement only.
   • The bus will leave on time, if you are late, you will miss it.
3. RETURN JOURNEY
   • Buses will depart no later than 30 minutes after the final whistle.
   • The bus will leave on time, if you are late, you will miss it.
4. DROP-OFFS
   • The bus will drop-off at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium and terminate at the ICT Social Club unless informed otherwise.
   • Any other drop-offs will be considered by prior arrangement only.
5. ALCOHOL
   • Alcohol is not permitted on any bus operated by ICT Supporters Trust.
   • Anyone who is intoxicated or, in the opinion of the Bus Supervisor or Driver, is believed to be intoxicated, may not be permitted to travel.
   • Rules on alcohol are dictated by law and not open to negotiation.
6. FOOD & DRINK
   • Cold Food and Soft Drinks are permitted on the bus on the condition that all packaging and rubbish are disposed of sensibly.
7. CONDUCT
   • Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and be mindful of other passengers. E.g. When kids are travelling, you will be expected to exercise restraint in terms of bad language.
   • Abusive and/or Offensive language (in any form) will not be tolerated.
   • As the hirer, the Supporters Trust are ultimately responsible for any damage and we will pursue passenger/s responsible for causing any damage for suitable redress should this occur.
8. MISC
   • Any instructions/requests issued by the Bus Supervisor or Driver must be adhered to at all times.
   • The Bus Supervisor or Driver reserver the right to eject any passenger who breaches the above rules regardless of location of the bus and we accept no responsibility for your onward travel.
   • Anyone under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a responsible adult who accepts full and final responsibility for their behaviour and conduct.
   • ICT Supporters Trust, the Football Club and the Bus Driver/Operator reserve the right to deny travel to anyone for any reason they see fit.
