Trust News

ictst simple_150With the ongoing and growing fan concern over the situation regarding the SPL and Rangers FC, the ICT Supporters Trust would like to take this opportunity to assure our members and fans of Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC that we are aware of your opinions and views on the matter.

We are fortunate to have a good working relationship with the club, and members of the Supporters Trust board are engaged in conversation with Club Chairman, Kenny Cameron, on a regular basis regarding this and many other matters. As such, we can say with confidence that the club are as aware of your opinions and views as we are, and that these are being taken into consideration. Kenny Cameron has also invited Peter Murphy (Supporters Trust Chairman) to meet with him next Tuesday for further discussion ahead of the SPL meeting on Wednesday.

Whilst other Supporters Trusts have taken a stance of pushing Club Boards and Chairmen into making public statements on their views, this is not a course of action we have chosen to follow at this stage. With the situation changing daily...even hourly...then any statement would likely be out of date/context before it was read and would be unlikely to tell us any more than is being reported at present.

We are closely monitoring the situation, both in terms of the statements being made by those directly involved in the process, and the comments of the fans we speak to as well as via the conversations taking place at the online fans forum.

Any further statements will be issued via this website and we will endeavour to bring these to your attention via the various fans forums, websites and Facebook pages.

Should anyone, whether they are a member of the Supporters Trust or not, wish to communicate their thoughts and opinions on the matter directly with us, then they can do so by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. Quids In

The Inverness Caledonian Thistle Supporters Trust Board are today (25th April) launching the new “Quid’s In” membership plan, meaning that with immediate effect, the Trusts membership fee has been reduced to £1 and the annual renewal fee set at zero.

Membership is open to all fans and the £1 is used to secure the members share in the Trust which entitles them to attend and vote at General Meetings of the Society. Under 16’s are unable to hold a share or vote but are just as welcome to join the Trust.  Young fans are the future and we are keen to engage with and include them as much as possible.  In addition, we will be introducing a separate Member Benefits Scheme.

The above is in line with the inclusive nature of the organisation and, by seperating the two aspects, the cost of member benefits will no longer be a barrier to those who wish to be a part of, and contribute to, the Trust.  It also allows us to deliver the member benefits independenly in a way, and at a cost which is of benefit to the fans, the club and the community which it serves.

News

tcs ICT Supporters Trust have teamed up with the Club to provide special ticket offers for Sunday's SPL encounter against Rangers at Tulloch Caledonian Stadium.

The Supporters Trust are supporting the club by offering 100 adult tickets in the North Stand for £15 -- a reduction of £10 on the normal price.

Club chairman Kenny Cameron said: "These are challenging economic times and we're extremely grateful for the ongoing support we receive. There were some empty home seats for the recent Scottish Cup tie with Celtic so I approached the Trust to discuss how this could be addressed for the Rangers game.

"The away end is sold out and we want the best home support possible to cheer on captain Richie Foran and his team mates. We have come up with a family ticket deal, normally £44, for only £30, and the Trust have released the 100 adult tickets on a purely one-off basis."

"These bargain adult tickets will be available on a first come, first served basis."

To compliment the above offer, the club is offering a family ticket -- covering one adult and two children -- in the uncovered Main Stand for £30. This is £14 cheaper than for the same package in the North Stand family section.

Supporters Trust chairman Peter Murphy said: "It's very positive to see the club coming to us on ticket pricing and we are delighted to join with them in this initiative. Money is tight these days and these special offers can make the difference between families and individuals going to the match or missing out."
