There have been some slight delays in the process of transferring the Members’ Club shares to the Supporters’ Trust. All parties are still in discussion and we hope that things will be concluded shortly. The ICT Supporters’ Trust AGM takes place on Thursday, 23rd November at 7.30pm. The venue this year will be the ICT Social Club on Greig Street and the AGM will be followed by the now traditional Football Forum. Existing members can renew their subscription for 2006-07 before the AGM and attend. New members can join on the night but will only be able to attend the football forum. |

ICT have announced that an EGM will be held in early October to agree to the transfer of a portion of the club’s shareholding to the Supporter’s Trust. By this time it is hoped that the Members’ Club will have met to surrender their voting rights. Trust chairman Les Kidger said: "We're delighted we're on the verge of gaining a significant slice of the football club's shares. "The exact amount is yet to be finally calculated for legal and financial reasons, but it is around 10%. However, the exact amount is not, and has never been, an issue for the trust. What we wanted was to establish the principle of ordinary fans, through the trust, having a shareholding they could not afford as individuals." |

Following discussions with the club, the trust board has agreed to move the Legends’ Dinner to the evening of 29th September. We are pleased to report that Eric Hastie has agreed to take on the post of Secretary recently vacated by Ian Broadfoot. |
